Ratatoskr is a Bluetooth file transfer app for Ubuntu Touch, with focus on sending contacts (VCF cards) to car kits. Sending and receiving files are both supported. Based on 'ubtd' by Michael Zanetti and Ian L.

Includes fixes for problems discovered during v0.1.1 release process as well as first batch of translations.

- fixed build chain to get rid of non-standard wrapper scripts
