About Photopea (Unofficial)
Free online photo editor with expansive options for editing. Photopea takes many cues from desktop apps of similar fuction, but does it all from within the browser so you can enjoy it from you Ubuntu Touch device. Open pictures for editing on your phone, or snap a new picture to editing (the camera button does not work yet, but you can choose "Open" and then the camera app). When you are finished editing export your file to a png, jpg, etc.
Note: Best used in desktop mode or on a tablet. Not all functionality works right now.

This is great in desktop mode and a big screen but it's still usable in a phone screen. WebGL enablement in most devices also made this work better.
