About uNav

FEATURES:

* Powered by OpenStreetMap
* Online (Powered by Carto & cyclOSM tiles) & Offline (Powered by OSM Scout Server app).
* Car, bike, foot navigation.
* Searches & Nearby POIs.
* Simulate routes.

* Share positions & Catch those positions (even geo URIs).

APP NEEDS:
* Allow GPS location permission in 1st run.
* GPS device location enabled.

TIPS:
- Long click for show that coordinate options.
- Blue line in the bottom of the panel will indicate the percentage done.
- Click on empty area of top panel will hide the top panel.
- Click on your position will allow you to share your position or add that coordinate to favorite.
- In Search / Favorites: Slide each one (right and left) for options.
- Search POIs will be for the current map view.
- Longclick on map for remove the current POIs.
- Import GPX files: Search Page / Track
- Zoom or move with offline map, don't release the finger for faster response (map needs rendering before to move).

Doesn't work with release v21 of the OS. Crashes as soon as you select search on a Pixel 3a.

Nice try! Needs another few years to make it really usable. Hardly finds any locations, takes too long to process anything and waiting, and waiting, and waiting...for GPS, then finally freezes.

I tried to get directions to a gas station close to where I'm at, however, crashes when I click on it. I'm on a google pixel 3a XL bonito running Ubuntu touch 20.04. I would like to use this app cause of openstreetmap and the pure maps ui sucks.app

I really like that simple and clean-looking design und those real, downloadable voices but compared to pure-maps it's very slow when you use osm scout server
